Most of the issues you report to us with your software and hardware can be resolved remotely, although if the problem is more complex than usual, an engineer can be sent on-site to assist. Depending on your digital imaging software, we have the knowledge and ability to convert your data into a newer database format meaning you can access historic x-rays, use the same intraoral scanner on newer computers that run Windows 10. |
