It is normal for a backup set to fail once in a while, it could be your server was switched off, or the internet cut out during a data backup process. Whatever the reason, our helpdesk is notified every morning through our extensive backup management console. With direct access to your servers, we are able to remote in and rectify any possible issues, to ensure the next backup will be successful. Our team are on hand to recover your data, should the inevitable happen, simply get in touch with our helpdesk, with access to your new server and we can start to download your safely stored data. If you enrol onto our IT services with Dental Dynamix, a local backup of your data can be provided as an optional extra, meaning we can reduce the download time of your data via an external encrypted hard drive. |
