We provide servicing and on-site assistance for your digital imaging equipment
There are multiple tests and assessments carried out during the service to ensure your equipment is in full working condition, this includes full diagnostic tests and cleaning of all areas of the transport mechanisms. KaVo, Soredex, Acteon and Planmeca recommended an annual service of their digital imaging equipment to help prevent any unexpected faults and breakdown and to ensure that all key components are operating correctly. DURR Dental recommend a service every 3 years for their dental imaging equipment. During the service, many tests and assessments are carried out, this includes: Our time on site is based upon on the manufacturer and model of the unit, but also the initial condition of the unit. However, on average we are on site between 45 minutes and 2 hours. |

Normally, we can provide a loan unit for you to use whilst we service the equipment, minimising disruption to your practice as much as possible.
If your equipment has been supplied or serviced by Dental Dynamix, an automatic recall will be sent via email to inform you when your equipment is due a service.
Certification is issued on completion of the service, to be kept on file in compliance with Care Quality Commission CQC.
