Individual Windows users for maximum security and better workflow With a "roaming profile" IT environment, your staff will receive their own Windows user that can be accessed on any PC within the practice, meaning only they can access their documents on any computer. Another benefit to this, is controlling security permissions on the computers, who has the ability to access a specific shared folder or to be able to download files and software without an administrator password. An intuitive RAID system Not many dental practices have a RAID system in place, however this is essential to ensure there is no downtime when a hard drive fails in your server. The key benefit to a RAID system is you have two identical hard drives within your server, when one fails, the other steps in meaning you still have the ability to access your IT, digital imaging and practice management software. |
