What are the benefits?We want to be your personal point of contact when an issue is identified with your digital imaging and IT, therefore we have formed a dedicated helpdesk for both of these fields.
With Dental Dynamix, you will never need to contact the manufacturer for remote assistance or warranty claims, this is all managed by our helpdesk based in South East England. Delivery and installation is also carried out by Dental Dynamix, this offers more flexibility for you on dates, and we can store your new CBCT or OPG ourselves. We offer 2D and basic 3D CBCT training, although as part of our package, CBCT training with the manufacturer is included. |
